BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

DEPOSIT:

All reservations must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. The deposit must be received not later than 15 days prior to date of arrival, otherwise the booking will be released.

CREDIT CARD:

Confirmation of credit card details must be in writing. The 50% deposit will then be deducted from your credit card. Cash, Visa and Master cards are welcome. Please note that any accounts settled with American Express or Diners cards will have a 3% surcharge added.

Please provide the following credit card details, when making a reservation:

  • TYPE OF CREDIT CARD: (Visa, Master, American Express or Diners Club)
  • CREDIT CARD NUMBER
  • EXPIRY DATE
  • DIGIT SECURITY CODE: (last 3 numbers on the back of your card)
  • CANCELLATION : Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by either fax or letter. If the cancellation is 15 days or less before arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. A no show is subject to the full amount due.
